There are so many things that Brennan should (and has every right to) ask him about (namely Hannah related) but we all know that will never happen because the writers just love to make Booth look perfect. It gets harder to watch her each week, and it gets harder to watch each week having her learn a lesson so she can be worthy of Booth.
